Kaiesha (she/her) attended Hutchinson Community College for one year, then transferred to Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas where she received her B.S. in Sociology. Throughout her college career, Kaiesha spent many years working at The Boys and Girls Club working with elementary and middle school children in after-school and summer programming efforts.

Kaiesha also served in a pre-college access and programming role in which she assisted high school students as they determined where their journey would lead post-graduation. Kaiesha received her M.S.E. from the University of Kansas in Higher Education Administration. She has served in Residence Life positions at the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Currently, Kaiesha works as an Administrative Assistant in a psychologist's office in Kansas City.
