Christina Vega, M.Ed.

Cristina Vega (she/her/ella) currently serves as the Associate Director of Chapter Services for Sorority and Fraternity Life at The Ohio State University. Her day-to-day work involves large-scale programming, data, assessment, and leadership education for the community. Before moving to Columbus, OH in 2021 Vega previously worked at the University of Vermont (UVM) – it is at UVM where she developed her skills in social justice, restorative practices, and community building. Vega received her M.Ed. from the University of Vermont where she studied Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration. As a graduate student at UVM, she worked within their department of Residence Life, Fraternity, and Sorority Life, as well as the office of Orientation to strengthen her passion for

diversity and inclusion. Vega has also worked at Elon University in North Carolina where she served as the Assistant Director for the Colonnades Neighborhood.

Vega grew up in Davenport, Florida which is not too far from Disney or the beach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida.
